A couple weeks ago, I received an email from Cousin Corp, asking if I'd like to be a blog partner, and receive free beads from their Prima Bead line. At first I thought it was spam, or some sort of trick, but it looked like a legitimate email. So I answered the email. Turns out it was all for real!! Pinch me!
I received my goodies this week. There are beads, chains, findings, tools, an instruction booklet, a catalog, and a nice letter! This set is called "Class in a Box". Looking through the catalog, I see there are other versions. I'm so glad they picked the one with filigree and antiqued brass to send to me (we all know how I struggle using shiny silver!) Of course, the instruction booklet is meant for a beginner, to recreate the exact pieces on the cover. Those designs are very nice, but I'm planning to go my own direction ;-)
I can't wait to get started!
Plus, there's a bead mat included! I needed a bead mat - how did they know?
As a blog partner of Prima Bead, I guess I'm supposed to say that I was given these materials and no money exchanged hands - not sure what the rules are. I will post photos of finished jewelry, when I use this kit. Stay Tuned!
We’re not going anywhere.

ReplyDeleteHi Cynthia,
ReplyDeleteI too received and email and just got my box this past week. I will be doing a blog post about it soon. My kit is a little different from yours, but like you I plan to make my own designs with the pieces in the kit. Happy creating I can not wait to see what you created with this wonderful kit.
